Customers have the right to request a free return within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

After our team reviews and approves your claim, we will initiate the return or replacement process.

Unauthorized returns without prior contact and approval will be automatically rejected.

4. Shipping Delays and Delivery Time
